1. There will be an 50 dollar deposit fee and will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout. 

2. We only accept credit card for on call bookings.

3. Guests will be charged the total amount of the booking costs if they are unable to claim their reservations.

4. Guests can cancel or change the dates of their booking within 24 hours after the payment.

5. If you are to book a reservation that you will arrive on the same day, a refund will not be issued.

6..If guests are to leave their vehicle on the property for more than 72 hours, there will be a storage fee which is $100 dollars a day after the 72 hours until the guest comes back to pick it up. After 30 days, the vehicle will get towed on the guests expense.

7. If guests do any damage to the property, they are responsible to pay the repair cost.
